How to claim your money back:

  1. To be eligible to claim a refund, individuals must have purchased one of ByGLOW BRIGHT products between 1st January 2021 – December 2022. You must have a valid receipt and be able to prove proof of purchase from a genuine ByGLOW BRIGHT retailer or from ByGLOW BRIGHT direct.
  2. Within 48 hours of receiving your order, email our customer care team at warranty@byglowbright.com with your full name and “Warranty Activation” included within the subject title. This will activate your product warranty and your 60 Day Money-Back Guarantee.. Please note that if this step is not completed you will not be entitled to participate in our Money-Back Guarantee or our Limited Warranty service.
  3. Trial one of our products for at least 30 Days from date of purchase, but for no more than 45 days.
  4. If you are not completely satisfied by the performance of one of our products, email our customer care team on warranty@byglowbright.com and include your unique warrant activation code that you received upon registering your product within 48 Hours of receiving, sharing your review and money-back request.
  5. Once approved, return the product (in its original packaging) via a trackable mail service to the address provided by our customer care team.
  6. Incomplete, indecipherable or illegible claims will be deemed invalid.
  1. Once returned, our technical experts will assess the product to ensure that our statutory rights have not been affected. Once we confirm that the product is in the condition it was when delivered we will provide a full refund.*
